Martin Sillesen
CMO & CO-FOUNDER
Martin Sillesen founded Aiomic to tackle a pressing issue he encountered on a daily basis in the clinic: the impact of postoperative complications. Throughout his career as a general surgeon, he had seen far too many patients suffer after surgery.
Moved to act, Dr. Sillesen first established a research group at Rigshospitalet in Denmark called the Center for Surgical Translational and Artificial Intelligence Research (CSTAR). Their promising findings set the stage for the creation of Aiomic in 2020. Read more about Aiomic and meet the team,
